Here's what info I need from you:
1) appliance model number
2) description of the symptoms
3) location/street-address of the appliance

This often gives me enough info to quote you a price.

If it's an easy fix, I can come and fix it on the first visit (usually within a few days). If it needs a replacement part, then I may have to diagnose it on the first visit and then order the part and come back when the part arrives (usually within a week of ordering).

I calculate the cost based on: the price of the part + a location based trip fee for each visit + plus usually about one to two hours of labor
